Faith Raradza Women's month profile

Mrs Faith Raradza is Chief Human Capital Officer at the City of Harare. She holds qualifications in Personal Management, Labor Relations, Local Governance and Administration. She is a holder of a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources, BSc Hons Degree in Psychology and has an MBA. Mrs Raradza joined the City of Harare in 1996 as a Clerical Assistant and rose through the ranks. In her 29 years of service in Council she was a Senior Typist, Chief Clerical Officer (HR), Admin Assistant (Employee Relations), Human Capital Officer and District Officer. Mrs Raradza is now Chief Human Capital Officer. She is a strong advocate for women empowerment. “Work hard and be independent. Desire to leave a legacy of speaking for the voiceless and repairing broken walls. Let all your upward movement in life be on merit and above all fear God and do good,” she says.
